Web design · Miami
A Miami business website competes with more of everything: more competitors, more languages, more customers on a phone in traffic. The site that wins is fast, bilingual where the customer base is, specific about the neighbourhood, and clear about the next step. A single English-only page for the whole county is the most common thing we replace.
We build small, fast sites with a page per real search: the service, the area, the language. Coral Gables dental is a different page from Doral dental, and the version with the place name in it is the one that ranks.
Distance in Miami is measured in time, not miles. A job in Homestead and a job in Aventura are both in Miami-Dade, and one of them costs you half a day on the Palmetto. Most sites say nothing about this, so the phone rings about work you were never going to take. Saying plainly where you go, what a trip outside that costs, and which days you are on which side of the county filters those calls before they happen.
The other thing a Miami visitor is doing is comparing. They have four tabs open and they are looking for a reason to stop. Give them one: a license number, proof of insurance, the neighbourhoods you cover, photos of jobs that look like theirs, and an honest line about what it takes to start. Vague pages get skipped, because there is always another company one tab over. Specific pages get the call.
Miami is large, competitive and substantially bilingual, so being reachable in the customer's language and outside business hours is a practical advantage rather than a nicety.
